Since our products are made-to-order, we follow a strict replacement policy instead of a general return or refund policy.

1. Return & Replacement Eligibility

We offer replacement only under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective
  • The product is damaged during delivery
  • The print/design is incorrect

2. Conditions for Replacement

To request a replacement, you must:

  • Raise a request within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide a clear unboxing video
  • Share photo proof showing the issue

Without proper proof, we may not be able to process your request.

3. Replacement Process

Once your request is verified:

  • A replacement will be processed at no extra cost
  • The product will be reprinted and shipped to you

We work with trusted fulfillment partners to ensure quality and quick resolution.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Wrong size ordered by customer
  • Change of mind
  • Slight color variation due to screen differences

5. No Refund Policy

Currently, we do not offer refunds. Only replacement is provided for eligible cases.
